Technology

At School of the Nations, we encourage the use of technology in our classrooms from the Pre-k through to Grade 12. With multiple computer labs around the campus, we have classes aimed at teaching computer skills to students of all ages. From learning how to type, to coding to learning advanced Microsoft Excel skills we try to utilize technology in as many ways as possible. The majority of the classrooms have either LED TVs or Projectors to allow the teachers and students to utilize technology such as Khan Academy and other online content to aid in the development and to provide optional mechanisms for learning the educational content.

ICT, Robotics and Chess

Children have opportunities to plan, make and evaluate objects using a variety of materials.
They will have access to computers and programmable toys. Chess promotes critical thinking
and strategy and when tied to robotics it leads to unlimited possibilities.
