Children at School of the Nations thrive when their parents and themselves feel supported by the school and administrators. We strive to provide parents with all the information they need so that everyone can feel comfortable within the Nations Family.

Nations Parent Association

At School of the Nations our Parent Teacher Association (PTA) encourages parent support and the association is used as a tool for parent inclusion in the school to develop a cohesive attitude to education and strategic development.

The PTA, in close partnership with the school, creates and inclusive and welcoming parent community by providing enriching activities, volunteer opportunities, support and fundraising initaives to support the greater community. The PTA maintains the following values:

1. The PTA commits to be inclusive and welcoming to all members of the community.
2. The PTA fosters communication between the school and parents.
3. The PTA serves the community by building engagement and connection amongst parents.
4. The PTA provides opportunities for parents to volunteer and fundraises in support of the School’s mission.

Dining Services

School of the Nations stages the lunch hours so that the school canteen is utilized by each school separately. The canteen serves hot cooked meals, sweet and savory pastries, drinks and snacks. The canteen currently requires students to bring cash to pay for their snacks or lunches but is working towards developing a cashless system for future implementation.
